BUILDING is a strong component of our activity. We have a sound experience in this area in Europe and are now introducing new technologies in Brazil, as well as working planning,   new and better materials, adapted to the Brazilian climate. We don´t accept cheap solutions. That practically never combine with quality. Staying realist, we prefer compromise the best building options with the right costs, recommending for instance, the use of a good insulation, both against humidity and hot weather conditions.  It is a fact that one third of domestic electricity bill is due to the heating of hot water supply. Installing a solar panel is such a easy feature, and sunshine is certainly not scarce in the region… These relatively small extra costs are quickly saved in a short period of time. 

Brazil is rich in natural resources, among them beautiful natural stones. To combine them with handmade ceramic tiles is something that we are able to introduce in the final touch of a building, not to forget the use of a enormous variety of exotic woods with many colors, textures and even perfume.

We start assisting the client in the right choice of the building plot, and we have indeed a large number of beach front, mountain, or urban pieces to choose from. Once defined where the new home is going to raise, the following option is the type of house that will suite the client, being one of our standard models that combine the right balance between  function “living area avoiding wasted, or nonfunctional spaces”  and costs. For the individualists we can create a completely new concept totally tailor made.  The building works are controlled by us, from the first stone to the last decoration detail. Even the furniture can be trusted to our services, having obviously in mind the personal taste of the owner.
